The role
Responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing health plan data to identify opportunities for cost savings, utilization management, member satisfaction, and market share growth.
Serves as a subject matter expert and coach to fellow analysts, guiding data-driven insights across teams.
Acts as the primary resource for analyzing and improving organizational performance through data-driven decision making.
Identifies process improvement opportunities, documents current business processes, and researches best practices.
Assists process owners with change implementation and performance monitoring to ensure tangible results.
