The role
The role involves supporting the origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions in the EMEA financial institutions sector, including banks, insurance, and FinTech. The Associate will prepare financial analyses, create detailed valuation models, and assist in client presentations and transaction processes from pitch to close.
