The role
The position involves overseeing and monitoring project compliance within a construction environment, supporting quality, environmental, safety, and management systems to ensure adherence and ongoing enhancement. Responsibilities include embedding and maintaining QEMS standards, supporting internal and external ISO audits, and promoting digital system adoption such as Field View and Viewpoint across projects. The role also requires supporting training, creating digital templates, and ensuring material and plant requisition compliance. Candidates should possess experience in compliance, quality, or document control roles within construction, along with system knowledge and strong organisational skills. The position demands a detailed and confident communicator who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
