The role
Direct and supervise juvenile law projects within a high-profile policy and form development portfolio.
Oversee legal analysis and staff work on rules and forms for juvenile dependency and juvenile justice.
Manage staff, contractors, and workflows to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Provide legal oversight to the Family and Juvenile Law Advisory Committee and related grant initiatives.
Represent the organization in federal/state meetings as needed and coordinate policy implementation with court leadership.
Requirements include a JD with four years post-bar experience and at least one year of supervisory experience, plus strong project management and leadership skills; active California Bar membership.
