You will design and scale hybrid retrieval pipelines and search APIs to enable agents to reason with the right information.
You will combine semantic vector search with traditional IR techniques and build ranking systems that learn from user behavior.
You will own the full search stack—from query understanding and indexing to distributed retrieval—across multi-tenant environments.
You will establish observability to measure search quality and surface actionable metrics to product and design teams.
