The role
Lead refurbishment projects ranging from £250k to £10m across industrial and logistics sectors, with additional work in office, retail, and other commercial spaces.
Own and manage a strong project pipeline, acting as a key client contact and delivering projects from brief to completion.
Support, coach, and develop junior surveyors and graduates to strengthen the team.
Drive business development activities, source new work, and expand client relationships.
Deliver professional surveying tasks such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall matters, and project monitoring, with a focus on ESG initiatives.
MRICS qualified with a commercial mindset; demonstrate excellent communication, report writing, and the ability to manage workloads independently.
