The role
Seeking a skilled Lead Concrete Form Carpenter to build foundations with drill piers and grade beams for a data center project.
Responsibilities include forming slab on grade, extended mechanical slabs, and constructing columns using plywood formwork and Gates form systems.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial concrete foundations and form carpentry.
Work environment involves onsite construction teams of 5–30, with a 60-hour weekly schedule, overtime, and $100 daily per diem for travel.
Safety certifications are preferred; candidates should bring steel-toed boots and be prepared for rigorous field work.
This is a contract position based in Houston, TX, offering competitive pay and benefits.
