The role
Position: Family Law Attorney in Dallas, TX focused on divorce, custody, and asset division.
Manage a caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and modification actions.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and court filings.
Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
Provide clear guidance to clients throughout the legal process and collaborate with partners on complex matters.
Qualifications include a J.D., Texas State Bar license, 2–7 years of family law experience, strong litigation, negotiation, and writing skills, with ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment; preferred experience with contested matters, mediation, and familiarity with Texas procedures.
