The role
The role involves managing construction and property projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within set timelines and budgets. It requires acting as the main contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and developing project plans, budgets, and strategies. Candidates will coordinate with consultants, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders, monitoring project performance, risks, and opportunities.
