The role
This on-site role is based in Austin, Texas, and leads the strategy and execution of all social media and digital content for the brand. Develop compelling content, grow audiences across platforms, and shape the email newsletter. Own paid social campaigns, analyze performance, and iterate to boost visibility and listener growth. Collaborate with production teams to amplify episodes, guests, and studio projects. Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and engage with the community through thoughtful responses. Drive initiatives with high agency in a fast-paced environment, translating goals into actionable campaigns.
