The role
Support and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial structuring through closing.
Coordinate and conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and ensure deal integrity.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and ancillary documentation.
Collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated corporate transactions across high-value deals.
Assist clients with strategic acquisitions, investments, and exit transactions, contributing to deal strategy.
