The role
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for onshore mechanical equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities using CMMS to optimize equipment performance and ensure safe plant operations.
Analyze reliability data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce failures and maintenance costs.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting mechanical issues and equipment anomalies.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices across all activities.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and overall plant efficiency.
