The role
Manage an assigned book of commercial lines clients, ensuring retention and supporting new business growth. Lead day-to-day administrative and client service tasks, resolving complex issues with accuracy and timeliness. Drive policy expirations and renewal processes, including client research, submissions, coverage negotiations, and proposal presentations. Monitor accounts receivable and address delinquent balances while maintaining data integrity in AMS and carrier platforms. Maintain proactive communication with the account team on workload, deadlines, and service requests to deliver service excellence. Stay current on industry practices, company policies, and seek continuous improvement to enhance performance and client outcomes.
