The role
Oversee the operation and maintenance of large tenanted properties, ensuring safe, clean, and functional living spaces.
Schedule and supervise care, cleaning, and policing of public spaces and grounds.
Supervise maintenance of facility services and building systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, water, and waste disposal.
Oversee structures and equipment, including elevators, roof tanks, standpipe and sprinkler systems; inspect contractors and repairs.
Train and supervise maintenance staff, manage work schedules, and maintain records and reports on equipment and supplies.
Respond to repair requests, coordinate redecorating when directed, and manage landscaping and overall property upkeep.
