The role
A Business Analyst specialised in KYB non-personal processes is responsible for leading analysis and implementing strategic improvements across customer journeys such as Limited Company and Sole Traders. The role involves producing process maps, drafting customer communications, and managing incident tracking. The analyst supports process optimisation through technology-enabled automation to enhance customer outcomes within the programme and additional business activities. Collaboration with operations, technology, compliance, and data teams is key to managing complex deliverables effectively. The role requires carrying out end-to-end analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery with minimal oversight. Technical skills in process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of KYB processes are essential.
