The role
TSA Surveying Ltd seeks a Technical Data Analyst with expertise in building surveying, housing asset data or property compliance. The role involves analysing and validating stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and RdSAP data, and collaborating with surveyors to resolve data issues. Candidates should be skilled in data analysis, quality assurance and technical support, with strong attention to detail and communication abilities. Knowledge of social housing systems, mobile survey software and property data management are desirable. The position requires independent working, organisation skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
