The role
Part-Time Recruiter needed to attract and assess candidates for clinical and corporate roles in a healthcare-focused environment.
Responsibilities include screening applications, sourcing talent, and conducting structured video interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a timely, positive candidate experience.
Maintain licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements while managing accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
Partner with the People team to drive efficient, end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to scalable growth.
Ideal candidates bring in-house recruitment experience with licensed healthcare professionals, strong communication, and proficiency with Greenhouse, Notion, and G-Suite in a fast-paced hybrid setting.
