The role
The role supports Business Development and Strategic Planning.
It analyzes and models upstream opportunities, including asset acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
Responsible for valuation work using DCF, NAV, LBO, accretion/dilution, and comps.
It quantifies downside risks and upside opportunities to assess risk/reward and impact on company value.
It participates in deal evaluation and due diligence, collaborating with engineers, geologists, land, commercial teams, and executives; scans data sources for operating metrics to support M&A valuation.
It provides modeling and strategic support across NonOp, Marketing/Midstream, New Ventures, and Business Transformation; builds presentations for senior leadership and communicates financial information clearly.
