The role
A dedicated solicitor with up to three years PQE is sought to work within a growing commercial law team in Manchester, providing legal support across various business sectors. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including IT, IP, SaaS, and outsourcing contracts, as well as advising clients on complex digital and technology matters. Candidates should have strong drafting and analytical skills along with commercial judgement, and be capable of clear communication with clients.
