The role
Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems powered by LLMs to reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources.
Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to translate business workflows into scalable, reliable workflows.
Prototype rapidly while meeting enterprise requirements, evolving early AI agents into reusable, maintainable solutions.
Define evaluation metrics and quality standards to monitor performance, detect failures, and drive continuous improvement.
Debug real-world agent behavior, refine prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails, and contribute to shared platform patterns.
Communicate effectively with customers and partners, balancing customization, autonomy, cost, latency, and risk.
