The role
Assist the AI team in exploring data, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns using SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization.
Monitor AI model performance (accuracy, precision, recall, F1) and suggest data-driven improvements.
Contribute to performance hardening by delivering quantitative and qualitative feature insights and design input.
Design and run experiments and A/B tests to evaluate model changes and system updates.
Conduct root-cause analyses of AI incidents, compare field results with backtests, and guide feature improvements with the model team.
Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborate with Data Annotation, QA, and Product teams.
