The role
Provide proactive legal support across multiple business functions in a fast-paced entertainment/technology environment.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad mix of commercial agreements, including IP licenses, content development, promotional, talent, software licenses, and professional services agreements.
Counsel on monetization, marketing and promotions, product integrations, and music licensing while advising on risk and compliance.
Clear advertising materials and marketing claims, and collaborate with product development, marketing, communications, and platform teams.
Coordinate with international colleagues to provide global guidance on diverse legal issues and manage cross-border projects.
Requirements: California Bar admission (or eligible for in-house counsel status) and 2–4+ years of relevant experience; strong business judgment and communication skills.
