The role
The Paralegal role involves assisting fee earners with complex personal injury and casualty cases from inception to resolution, including investigations and evidence gathering. Candidates should have at least six months of Paralegal experience, Scottish legal qualification, and background in areas such as motor, RTA, or employer’s liability. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment with high claim volumes. Legal experience in litigation and specific sectors like fraud or public liability will be advantageous. The role requires a precise understanding of Scottish law and the ability to support legal strategies effectively.
