The role
Serve as the data science specialist on the product team, turning complex data into actionable insights that inform product strategy and engineering decisions.
Develop data pipelines for new data sources, build predictive models, and create visualizations and narratives to share findings with engineers, managers, and executives.
Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to product telemetry, user journeys, incidents, and infrastructure data to optimize resources and boost feature adoption.
Collaborate with product and engineering partners to understand business motivations, design analyses, gather data, and deliver scalable insights.
Continuously refine data engineering processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through audits and reviews.
Present analytical results clearly and influence data-driven discussions across the organization through compelling storytelling.
