The role
Lead and oversee development and day-to-day support of IPC business-critical applications, with hands-on delivery across web and mobile platforms.
Apply Agile SAFe/Scrum practices and fulfill the Product Owner role to drive value and prioritization.
Manage incidents to resolution, service requests, and ensure operational readiness for new functionality.
Direct and mentor cross-functional teams supporting business operations and service delivery applications.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT solutions with business goals, metrics, and customer impact.
Ensure quality, security, and compliance throughout the development lifecycle while optimizing timelines and costs.
