The role
Act as a trusted HR partner, guiding managers and employees through the full employee lifecycle with confidentiality and precision.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deploy strategic initiatives on engagement, service excellence, talent development, and workforce planning.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies and tools, and serve as the escalation point for employee concerns.
Lead change by championing technology adoption, self-service solutions, and continuous improvement across Customer Care.
Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast needs, and craft action plans including attendance and attrition analysis.
Design and support people programs (e.g., training, rotation) and contribute to program management and learning aids.
