The role
Plan, execute, monitor, and close healthcare-related projects focused on payment integrity and regulatory compliance.
Lead DRG validation, cost outlier analysis, and readmission reviews while integrating technology solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, resources, and vendors.
Gather requirements, define scope and milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet HIPAA/HITRUST, IT security standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting to support HITRUST and other regulatory frameworks.
