The role
Lead data science initiatives for a high-volume analytics platform, designing scalable data models and AI-driven solutions.
Drive data extraction efficiencies and ensure data quality and governance across products through advanced wrangling and modeling.
Collaborate with product owners, cybersecurity, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications and architectures.
Develop and productionize ML/AI models, define metrics for performance and business outcomes, and guide testing and UAT across domains.
Identify platform-wide improvements and roadmaps for data tooling, security remediation, and software upgrades.
Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams, balance business demands with operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation.
