The role
Lead all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitral venues across the United States.
Engage in regular client interaction to manage strategy, expectations, and communications.
Handle high-stakes matters in real estate, debt/lender, and non-compete contexts with 10+ years of experience.
Provide first-chair trial leadership and oversee discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
Demonstrate a superior academic record with strong writing and analytical skills.
Thrive in a large-firm environment with flexible face-time policies and market-competitive compensation.
