The role
Lead the architecture, design, and development of GenAI-powered merchant decision systems at scale, focusing on reliability and performance.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineers and managers while championing engineering excellence.
Prototype, research, and build AI-enabled, event-driven systems with large datasets and scalable APIs.
Collaborate with product and business teams to align long-term goals with architecture and deliver friction-free merchant workflows.
Drive code reviews, architectural discussions, and operational reviews to ensure high standards and operational excellence.
Balance long-term architectural vision with delivery speed, cost efficiency, security, and user experience.
