The role
Partner with site leadership across Solihull and other local sites to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage high-volume, complex employee relations cases in a unionised environment.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across multiple sites.
Support organisational development initiatives and lead change management activities.
Collaborate with managers to design training and development programmes and analyse HR metrics for insights.
Lead a small HR administration team within a collaborative HR function.
