The role
Assist in RED+F Financial Tracking System (FTS) modifications and enhancements to support accurate billing and project financials.
Provide Unifier administration (user setup and projects) and support PLANON and PIM implementations.
Serve as IT liaison for technical issues, e-procurement accounts, and access management, ensuring secure user access.
Create and maintain ad hoc reports and monthly/quarterly finance reports, ensuring data integrity in MS SQL databases.
Support web application development, migrating legacy MS Access applications to the web, and enabling data extraction and querying.
Document workflows, train users, and track projects with Visio and MS Project while delivering ongoing user support.
