The role

Legal Counsel: Provide general corporate and commercial legal services, research and anticipate legal issues, negotiate agreements, and develop policies. Juris Doctorate or Master of Laws degree and 4+ years of experience as a lawyer, including 1+ year in international transactional experience. Active US state bar license
