The role
Act as the strategic HR partner embedded within UK operations, balancing operational excellence with people initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, UK employment law, and organisational matters, delivering pragmatic, compliant solutions.
Lead and coach managers through performance management cycles and development opportunities to drive talent growth.
Champion employee engagement, deliver data analytics (KPIs, attrition, attendance) and support regional budgeting.
Lead or contribute to HR projects across the HR roadmap, supporting change management and policy updates.
Support payroll during absences and serve as a trusted advisor across drivers, engineers, depot managers, and office teams.
