The role
Lead a high-impact Technical Operations team focused on financial partner integrations, reconciliation, and data integrity across a scalable payments platform.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner integrations: investigation of issues, reconciliation of transactions, and ensuring accurate data delivery to internal stakeholders.
Drive data-driven improvements by building tooling and automation to reduce manual work and enhance observability.
Build and grow the team by defining roles, onboarding, and coaching to achieve high performance.
Partner with engineering, accounting, financial partnerships, and product teams to manage billions of dollars and meet SLAs.
Define success metrics, oversee data quality, and drive process optimization to balance risk, efficiency, and user impact.
