The role
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of ML models for content understanding and intelligence.
Design, train, evaluate, and iterate state-of-the-art models (e.g., multimodal content understanding) using Python and deep learning frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align technical opportunities with product goals and timelines.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment and cross-functional partnership.
Stay current with the latest ML research and translate it into production-ready systems.
Deliver scalable, robust ML solutions with a focus on quality, reliability, and measurable impact on content understanding.
