The role
Open at Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer level, you will own end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced startup environment.
Collaborate closely with product, design and operations to ship features autonomously while maintaining robust testing and CI/CD practices.
Examples of work include building a bespoke workflow-management and submission system to scale internal processes; prototyping AI-based solutions for decision-support; and refactoring legacy services onto a modern stack.
Design and implement RESTful APIs (gRPC is a bonus) and work with SQL, NoSQL and GraphDBs to ensure performance and maintainability.
Leverage cloud tooling and IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes, Skaffold, AWS) and adopt continuous delivery to release code frequently and safely.
