The role
Line 1: Lead a team of researchers and engineers to train state-of-the-art models for high-value use cases across products.
Line 2: Drive research and engineering efforts to production-grade models using RL, SFT, RLHF, and alignment techniques.
Line 3: Contribute hands-on as a technical leader across the stack, from model development to tooling.
Line 4: Own data, training, and evaluation pipelines required to train and continuously improve large language models.
Line 5: Design and iterate on training and fine-tuning algorithms—preference-based methods and RL from human or AI feedback—balancing rigor with speed.
Line 6: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models, establish robust evaluations, and manage day-to-day execution and priorities to hit quality and performance goals.
