The role
As the primary on-site representative, you will manage the refinery's boiler, cooling, and wastewater treatment programs, ensuring safe, efficient operation.
You will lead strategic account planning, performance reviews, and value-delivery presentations to protect and grow the account.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and environmental teams, and collaborate with application specialists to troubleshoot issues and optimize programs.
Conduct routine audits, analyze data, monitor performance, and implement continuous-improvement opportunities.
Drive commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing discussions, and proposal development, aligning solutions with customer objectives.
Demonstrate a strong safety mindset, communicate effectively across organizational levels, and manage complex technical programs in an industrial environment.
