The role
Human Resources Manager:
Manages daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records.
Administers classification, compensation, and payroll coordination processes.
Assists in employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processing.
Coordinates employee training and development programs.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
Prepares reports, metrics, and documentation related to human resources activities.
Serves as a resource to supervisors and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, and 5+ years of professional experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, bilingual in Spanish, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to drive, stand, and walk for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cooperative working relationship with staff and management.
