The role
Contribute to business strategy by translating deep-dive analytics into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Design processes to consolidate unstructured data and build predictive models in collaboration with product, engineering, and business leaders.
Develop prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM/Agentic approaches, for integration into software products.
Lead junior data scientists, guide technical direction, and own model outcomes with a strong focus on production deployment and continuous improvement.
Communicate progress and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, impactful way, and translate business questions into data science problems.
Play a technical lead/architect role for the data science team, driving cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment.
