The role
As a Vice President in M&A, you will lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary banker on healthcare middle-market deals.
You will oversee and refine marketing and execution materials, guiding junior bankers to move deals forward.
You’ll supervise the creation of financial projection models and perform valuation work to inform recommendations.
You will identify and manage all risks associated with a given deal and coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties.
You’ll lead client negotiations, the Q&A process, and management interviews to secure favorable outcomes.
You must demonstrate strong communication, advanced Excel modeling, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver innovative solutions.
