The role
The Senior Account Manager for Sports & Entertainment and Commercial Lines collaborates with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service sophisticated, high-profile clients.
You will manage your assigned book of business, overseeing renewals and marketing from start to finish.
You will communicate directly with clients and carriers, lead client meetings when assigned, and prepare materials for presentations.
You will maintain client files in the agency management system and ensure accurate policy records.
You will assist team members with day-to-day servicing and proactively nurture relationships to deliver proactive, value-driven service.
This role requires 7+ years of Commercial Lines experience, a P&C license, EPIC/CRM proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication.
