The role
BioTalent is supporting a global pharmaceutical leader in recruiting a Human Resources Specialist to join their HR team and support people managers across UK&I. The role involves providing daily support on employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and coaching managers to enhance team leadership. The specialist will drive key HR processes such as performance management and compensation planning and contribute to organisational design and employee engagement initiatives. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR Business Partners is essential to deliver integrated HR support. The role requires leveraging HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational outcomes, involving strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Candidates should have over five years of experience in HR generalist roles, with desirable knowledge of UK employment law and experience in the pharma or biotech industry.
