The role
Live at the intersection of cutting-edge research and brutal production reality. You’ll optimize FLUX diffusion models for customer environments, balancing latency and output quality across on-premise GPU clusters and hosted infrastructure. Architect deep product integrations beyond APIs, spanning hosting, deployment, and novel inference optimizations not in textbooks. Customize our foundation models for visual media to solve problems customers couldn’t articulate until you helped them understand what’s possible. Sit in technical deep-dives with customers to diagnose performance bottlenecks and translate findings into practical solutions (and research questions for the core team). Discover where generative visual AI should go next by understanding which industries struggle with unsolved problems. Collaborate with a global team to push frontier AI into real-world scale.
