The role
Lead Quality Engineer responsible for session-level, functional, technical, failover, and performance testing across the stack.
Develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the software lifecycle.
Review code and test scope; collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in requirements, design, and coding.
Create and maintain test scripts and test cases; automate tests and ensure traceability to business requirements.
Analyze QA and production data to identify anomalies, build testing tools, and improve coverage; support production changes and UAT.
Build automation (Perl or Python) and utilize Selenium for web automation; apply AI-driven testing tools to optimize results.
