The role
Lead and supervise craft crews on marine and heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Northeast region (NY, NJ, CT).
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while optimizing productivity and controlling costs.
Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and foremen to determine project needs and plan labor, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate across multiple crews, forecast craft labor requirements, and monitor material stock and orders.
Enforce company safety policies, resolve conflicts, and manage scheduling and performance evaluations.
Maintain focus on timely delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement for successful project execution.
