The role
This role focuses on architecting and delivering GenAI-powered, scalable merchant decision systems that influence buying decisions at scale.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineers and guiding architecture, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing, highly available systems.
Collaborate with product, business, and UX stakeholders to align architectural direction with long-term goals and measurable impact.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and operational discipline to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Bring deep experience in AI agent development with LLMs, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) using Java and Python.
Shape an inclusive, innovative culture by mentoring talent and leading with clear communication and stakeholder influence.
