The role
Senior financial and administrative leader for the Earth and Environmental Engineering Department, guiding budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, and internal controls.
Oversees HR and Faculty Affairs, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Leads financial operations, including grant management, cost allocations, reconciliations, and year-end closings.
Develops SOPs, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with university policies and external regulations.
Manages administrative staffing, performance, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Collaborates with campus finance and HR partners to support operations, facilities, and external relations.
