The role
A network engineer will provide support for network services, managing incidents and monitoring complex environments involving Cisco and Palo Alto technologies. The role involves supporting site teams, performing system backups, and maintaining accurate asset inventories. It also includes contributing to network projects such as installing and configuring equipment, refining policies, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Computing or IT, with at least three years' experience with Cisco and Palo Alto devices and strong troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to travel across UK sites and other EMEA locations is required, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. The position is based at Par Moor Technology Centre in Cornwall, offering hybrid working and the opportunity to develop within a global organisation.
